This is not our side job. We only do epoxy flooring — no handyman work, no carpet cleaning, no landscaping. Just floors built to outlast the competition.

  • We are Licensed and Bonded, and our pricing is hard to beat “apples to apples.” We are not going to price gouge our customers.
  • This is NOT our “side job” — we ONLY do epoxy flooring. We're not a handyman service, not painters that rarely do epoxy and use DIY products, and we don't steam clean carpets or landscape.
  • In business since 2002 — not a fly-by-night company. We average 12+ garages a week with 4 full-time crews, all with over 10 years of experience.
  • We are a family-run business — all installers are family members. We are not a franchise company.
  • We're not a 1-day epoxy solution model. We don't use “fast drying” all-resin systems — they're weaker, cheaper products built for a quick job. We allow proper cure times and use a true polyaspartic / polyurea top coat, which is why we've been in business over 20 years with a lifetime warranty on our work.
  • We use a moisture vapor barrier for all jobs (many competitors skip this). In Colorado, with heavy precipitation and cold weather, a moisture vapor barrier is necessary — the most common way epoxy fails is from moisture coming up through the concrete slab. We use 100% solid industrial epoxy (not a big-box DIY kit), the most popular chip combinations, and a Polyurea (AKA Polyaspartic) final coat — the strongest clear coat, with no yellowing or bubbling.
Why are other quotes higher? National chains typically cost 20%–30% more for the exact same floor — they pass on advertising, sales commissions, and overhead we don't have. We don't “nickel & dime”: our pricing includes concrete repair and the stem wall, and every job carries a lifetime warranty on installation and labor.
